Terms of Service
By creating an account and accepting this RBSE Agreement (“Agreement”) with EnlivenWork Inc.
(“EnlivenWork”), you agree to comply with the following terms:
- The University of Michigan (“Michigan”) is the owner and creator of the Reflected Best Self Exercise™
(“RBSE”), a unique and proprietary feedback program that helps individuals see who they are at their
best. Michigan and EnlivenWork, Inc. have further developed the RBSE into a website, workshop,
coaching
experience, Train-the-Trainer (“TTT”)/certification program, and associated materials, including but
not
limited to user documentation, books, articles, videos, slide decks, instructor materials, and
student
materials (“RBSE Materials”).
- Michigan owns all worldwide Intellectual Property Rights in the RBSE Materials independent of medium.
“Intellectual Property Rights” shall mean ideas, concepts, trademarks, copyrights, moral rights, and
renewal rights, including work based upon preexisting works, revisions, enhancements, modifications
or
translations; and proprietary rights whether registered or unregistered. RBSE Materials are
protected by
U.S. and International Copyright Law.
- As a user of the RBSE, you are not being granted any rights to RBSE Materials. You may not copy,
alter,
distribute, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit RBSE Materials in any way.
Privacy Policy
The Reflected Best Self Exercise (RBSE) is an academically researched assessment and reflection tool used
solely for educational, personal, and professional development purposes.
- We will never sell your data. The RBSE is a confidential educational experience. There is absolutely
no marketing use of the materials submitted to this site. We will never sell your data (name, email, content
submitted) and we will not use your email to market our services to you without your express permission.
- Who can see your data? Your data is available to 4 sources: 1) the person writing the stories, 2)
the person receiving the stories in a Best Self Report, 3) the technical operations personnel who must be asked
to interact with your data if there is an issue with the website or the database, and 4) the program administrator,
coordinator, or educator if reports are to be printed for delivery to participants.
- You own your data. We firmly believe that you own your data. If at any point you would like us to delete your
data from our records, simply write to us at support@enlivenwork.com with subject "RBSE data deletion." We will delete all
your information from our database, which includes your name, email address, login information, participation information,
and any data submitted by you or for you into the RBSE. If you are a participant, you will no longer be able to access your
report after this request has been completed, so please remember to download a final copy of your Best Self Report before
submitting your request. If you are a storyteller and ask us to remove your data, all traces of your data will be removed,
including all stories you have submitted in support of an RBSE participant. This means that a participant downloading a copy
of their Best Self Report after your deletion request would no longer see the stories you submitted for them.
